Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Orange County, CA, offering a hybrid schedule and clear pathways for professional growth. You will provide clinical oversight, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children and young adults with Autism.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and schools, compliance with BACB standards, and a well-supported clinical team including scheduling, billing, and HR resources to streamline operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and have leadership experience.
• Experience supervising BCBA/BT/RBT staff preferred.
• Ability to oversee clinical services across multiple settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 10–15 clients
• Provide clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Review and oversee behavior intervention programs
• Supervise and mentor BTs and RBTs
• Maintain minimum 25 billable hours per week
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical practices
