Job summary

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) in Claremont, CA is seeking a full-time BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical programs, supervise staff, and oversee ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

You will partner with families and multidisciplinary teams, maintain a reasonable caseload, and ensure ethical, high-quality care while receiving strong operational and HR support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification through the BACB.
• Previous BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients.
• Maintain at least 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct assessments and complete treatment planning.
• Review and supervise behavior intervention programs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and clinical supervision to BTs and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure clinical quality, compliance, and ethical service delivery.
