Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to oversee Intensive Behavior Support services in the Chinatown area of Los Angeles. The role features a manageable caseload with 20 billable hours weekly, monthly bonuses, CEU support, and in-home service scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities include leading clinicians, developing individualized treatment plans, and mentoring staff while collaborating with families.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in good standing (e.g. BCBA or licensed analyst).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with children and adults in behavioral services preferred.
• Quality management experience preferred.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase independence.
• Create and implement schedules and routines tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership to direct care staff through coaching, training, and support.
• Model effective behavior-change procedures for families (e.g., FCT, DRA without extinction, Toileting programs).
• Coordinate service funding via partnerships with Regional Centers.
