Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervise staff in a center-based setting in Georgia. You will work with a small caseload and ensure high-quality care for children with autism, while pursuing ongoing professional development and internal promotions.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with families, and maintaining billable hours, with comprehensive benefits and a generous CEU budget to support clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed to practice in Georgia or eligible for license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review session notes and data to monitor progress and ensure fidelity.
• Collaborate with colleagues and empower parents through training.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.
