Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead BCBA teams in a center-based setting in Georgia. You will conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, manage a small caseload of 6–8 clients, supervise RBTs, and ensure fidelity of treatment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA/psychology or related field.
• Valid BCBA certification required.
• Georgia licensure to practice in GA.
• 1+ year BCBA experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Supervise, support and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review notes/data to monitor progress and fidelity of treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and train parents to support goals.
