Job summary
Intercept Youth Services is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor for their ABA Center in Newport News, Virginia. In this role, you will develop and oversee behavioral therapy programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, ensuring quality clinical oversight and supervision of behavior technicians.
The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with relevant supervisory experience and a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in related fields. The position includes comprehensive health and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, and ample paid time off.
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Relevant experience implementing ABA services.
- One or more years of relevant supervisory experience.
Responsibilities

- Provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming.
- Supervise behavior technicians providing direct services.
