Job summary

Qualifications

• Master or doctorate degree in a human-related field.
• Independently licensed or certified.
• Three or more years of experience with developmental disabilities and/or ASD.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to BCBA/BCaBA/RBT staff and supervise behavioral services for consumers.
• Review FBAs and Behavior Support Plans prior to implementation.
• Monitor billing and documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and community activities to drive program development.
