Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Supervisor with BCBA credentials to oversee Intensive Behavior Support services in Cupertino, CA. The role involves leading a team, supervising direct care staff, and delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with children and adults in behavioral services preferred.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans with individualized, evidence-based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase independence.
• Create and implement schedules and routines tailored to each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and coaching to direct care staff for quality service delivery and growth.
• Model and guide families in implementing effective behavior change procedures (FCT, DRA without Extinction, toileting programs, etc.).
• Coordinate with partnerships with local regional centers to support eligible individuals.

Salary Range:$105,000 – $115,000+ $6,000 annual bonus paid out monthly

Responsibilities of BCBA overseeing Intensive Behavior Support Services:

• Develop treatment plans that recommend individualized, evidenced based strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors, teach replacement behaviors, and increase independence across activities of daily living.
• Enjoy the flexibility to create and implement schedules and routines that are most beneficial for each client’s needs.
• Provide collaborative leadership and guidance to behavioral direct care staff through ongoing communication, coaching, training, and support to promote quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Help families by modeling the implementation of effective behavior change procedures. (FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requested
• Service funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals that are eligible for Regional Center services.

Qualifications:

• Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst or Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Supervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferred
• Experience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferred
• Experience in quality management preferred
• Proficiency in the English
