Alongside ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings in Southern California. The role requires a BCBA in good standing, a master’s in ABA or related field, and at least 2 years of supervisory or clinical experience.

This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus a potential $10,000 bonus and hybrid work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or clinical experience in ABA preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members.
• Experience working in multiple settings (home, school, clinic) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in electronic data collection systems (e.g., Boost, HiRasmus) and data analysis tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between client sites.

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to Behavior Technicians in accordance with BACB standards.
• Model effective intervention strategies and ensure treatment integrity across home, school, and clinic settings.
• Analyze client data regularly and adjust programming to promote measurable progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and clinical team members to promote generalization of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and treatment plan updates.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory guidelines (BACB, HIPAA, insurance, etc).
• Participate in staff training, professional development, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
