Job summary

Alongside ABA in Oceanside, CA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical oversight, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and document in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, providing BACB-standard supervision, analyzing client data, and collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams

The BCBA Clinical Supervisor (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) leads clinical oversight, ABA therapy program quality, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across home, school, and clinic settings.
