Love 2 Learn Consulting in Huntington Beach is looking for a BCBA Clinical Program Manager to supervise and train behavior analysts. This full-time role offers individualized mentorship, flexible hours, and a supportive family-oriented agency environment.

The ideal candidate should have a master’s degree in a related field, five years of experience in behavior analysis, and a BCBA license. They should also possess excellent communication skills and professionalism. Benefits include 401k, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Five (5) or more years of experience in behavior analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA‑D, or comparable license.
• Two (2) or more years of clinical supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Full‑time. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Travel

This position involves field supervision in Orange County, with frequent travel to client homes, schools, or community‑based locations.
