Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Downingtown, PA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You will manage a caseload, supervise up to 5 RBTs, conduct assessments, and write treatment plans while collaborating with clinical Directors.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: up to 10 clients, 28 billable hours per 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs and conduct assessments.
• Write individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
