Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA Clinical Manager for the Southfield, Michigan clinic. As the site‑level clinical leader you will oversee clinical utilization and quality of care, directly manage Clinical Supervisors, and support clinical questions while maintaining your own caseload.

This role offers leadership growth within a clinician‑owned company that values expertise, collaboration, and impactful, family‑centered ABA care across our programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience supervising BCBA’s and RBTs, delivering family-centered ABA care.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the site-level clinical leader, ensuring clinical utilization and quality of care for all clients at the clinic.

The BCBA Clinical Manager is the site-level clinical leader at Akoya Behavioral Health, responsible for the clinical utilization and quality of care for all clients at their assigned clinic. This role directly manages and supports Clinical Supervisors, serves as the first line of support for clinical questions and escalations, and maintains an active caseload of their own.

Compensation and schedule

• Annual Salary $95,000
• Clinic Based in Southfield, MI
• 8:30 AM - 4:30PM

BCBA Clinical Manager skill and qualification requirements
