The position offers flexibility to work across GA, NC, and AZ, with mentorship, access to CEUs, and comprehensive back-office support to focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
• Must live in/within 50 miles of GA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
