Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA to lead in-center ABA therapy with strong clinical support and clear career growth. The role emphasizes reducing operational burdens so you can focus on delivering high-quality care for children in a purpose-built clinical setting.

You will receive a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses, averaging around $1,000 per month, and robust support from Clinical Directors and a dedicated operations team.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience leading ABA therapy in-center.
• Ability to supervise and train technicians.
• Strong data-driven decision making and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative in-center environment.
• Provide daily supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
