Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience with autism spectrum disorders.
• Credentialing with BACB and related bodies.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Initial and ongoing assessment of client skills and needs.
• Development and monitoring of individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Staff training and supervision with progression feedback.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training for open communication.
• Submit required documents for audits and compliance.
• Identify clients needing additional supports and services.
• Mentor staff and maintain positive culture within teams.
• Maintain licensure and credentials up-to-date.
