Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Lenexa, KS is seeking a dedicated BCBA to oversee assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide supervision to RBTs as part of a collaborative clinical team. You will analyze data, guide treatment decisions, and partner with families, schools, and professionals to ensure measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
