Job summary

Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath company, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral support across educational, residential, and clinical settings in Wisconsin. This full-time clinical leadership role emphasizes mentoring teams and delivering trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions for students with emotional and developmental challenges.

Starting salary is $90,000, based on experience, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree Required.
• Eligible for Wisconsin Behavior Analyst License within 90 days of hire (required).
• Support available for candidates obtaining Wisconsin licensure from another state.
• Minimum 2 years experience with autism/related disabilities in residential, clinical, or educational settings (3+ years preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with PBS, trauma-informed care, MTSS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as clinical leader across educational, residential, therapeutic, and healthcare settings.
• Conduct functional/behavioral assessments to inform interventions.
• Develop and evaluate behavior support strategies with interdisciplinary teams.
• Coach, consult, and support staff to strengthen implementation of behavioral strategies.
