Genesee Lake School (GLS), a MyPath company, based in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, provides residential, educational, and community-based services for children and young adults with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. Our mission is to promote growth, independence, and a high quality of life for the individuals we serve.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll play a key leadership role in helping students achieve meaningful behavioral, social, and educational success while supporting and mentoring the teams who work alongside them every day.

  • Collaborating with therapists, educators, nurses, residential staff, and other specialists to ensure integrated, student-centered care.
  • Supporting organizational initiatives that advance Positive Behavior Supports, trauma-informed care, and restraint elimination through proactive intervention strategies, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.

Why BCBAs Choose Genesee Lake School

We remove the administrative pressures often found in traditional settings so you can focus on what matters most—delivering high-quality clinical support and meaningful outcomes for the individuals we serve. As a valued member of our Therapeutic Services team, you'll collaborate closely with therapists, therapeutic support staff, educators, health services, residential teams, and other interdisciplinary professionals to provide integrated, student-

centered care. With no billable hour requirements, stable caseloads, flexible scheduling, and a dedicated on-site office, you'll have the support and autonomy needed to thrive while maintaining work-life balance and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 40 hours, First Shift.
  • Flexibility required with occasional shifts outside of standard schedule to support student needs.
