Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ABA therapy to children with ASD in both individual and group settings.

You will interpret data, collaborate with families and other professionals, and implement skills training programs to foster independence, while maintaining detailed progress records.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCBA candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work effectively with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, and group sessions as needed.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop and implement behavioral skills training programs to promote independence.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
