Job summary

A premier autism service provider in Monterey Park is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage ABA services in Los Angeles County. The BCBA will conduct assessments and design treatment programs for clients with autism and related disorders. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree and an active BCBA certification. The position offers a salary between $85,000 - $100,000 annually and generous benefits like paid training and healthcare coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to provide evidence of negative tuberculosis test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and use assessment tools.
• Design ABA treatment programs for individuals with autism.
• Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans and modify programs as needed.
• Provide individualized client-centered parent training.
