Job summary

StepOne Neurodiversity Services in Pennsylvania is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead clinical services for the North Pittsburgh region and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, school settings. The role supervises BCBAs, state-licensed clinicians, RBTs and BTs, guides assessments and treatment plans, and partners with families and schools to advance outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings BCBA licensure, 5+ years in clinical leadership, and a track record of program

Qualifications

• BCBA licensure is required and state licenses where applicable.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health or ABA settings.
• Experience supervising BCBAs, RBTs/BTs and clinical staff; strong mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for designated geographic area; ensure high quality ABA services across clinics, home, and school settings.
• Supervise Supervisors, BCBAs, Clinicians, RBTs/BTs; ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Develop and oversee behavioral assessments and treatment plans; monitor treatment integrity and staff training.
• Manage credentialing, licensing, and state regulations; drive quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with leadership on budget, staffing, partnerships, and program development.
