Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, or another related field.
• Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center to ensure client and employee wellbeing.
• Oversee clinical staff morale, performance, retention, and development.
• Develop and oversee ABA employee training to improve therapeutic competency.
• Ensure supervision and certification requirements for staff are met.
• Collaborate with the COO and operations team to ensure smooth center functioning.
