Job summary

Behavioral Framework, LLC is opening a new Sterling clinic in Sterling, Virginia. This opportunity offers a block schedule with a 3 day work week, providing a unique balance between client care and professional growth.

You will supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians, design ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful outcomes. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and data-driven practice in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (in good standing).
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in ABA preferred.
• Experience with ABA methodologies, including Verbal Behavior, VB-MAPP, and ABLLS.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Cultural Awareness: Collaborate, communicate, and interact with diverse backgrounds and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Design and update individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide parent training and case supervision (no direct therapy hours).
• Conduct assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP), functional behavior assessments, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with diverse families and professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Your Role As a BCBA

Work Environment, Physical Conditions

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must comply with company policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines for BCBAs as outlined by the BACB.
• Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 lbs.
