Job summary

Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Timonium, Maryland is seeking an experienced Director of Clinic (BCBA) to lead our growing team of BCBAs and RBTs. You will mentor clinicians, oversee clinical quality and ethical ABA services, supervise assessments, treatment plans, and client progress, and ensure compliance with BACB standards.

This full-time, in-person role expects a small clinical caseload while providing strategic leadership and contributing to a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience.
