Success On The Spectrum North Houston is seeking a full-time BCBA Clinic Director to lead an ABA Therapy Clinic in North Houston (Spring). The role involves clinic-based services, supervising interns and RBTs, conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment programs, and partnering with families through regular progress updates.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Full-time commitment.
• Strong communication skills with a sales-like enthusiasm.
• Experience leading ABA therapy clinics.

Responsibilities

• Serve foster clients in clinic and community settings.
• Lead and supervise interns and RBTs.
• Create individualized, research-based client programs.
• Assess progress and update plans as needed.
• Weekly parent training and progress updates.
• Manage field trips and community events.
• Handle insurance correspondence and pre-auths.
• Maintain safety and professionalism.
