Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a BCBA leader to launch and run a new ABA clinic in Richmond, VA. The role combines clinical excellence with executive oversight, mentoring BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs while partnering with leadership on strategic growth.

You will drive operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a collaborative clinical culture, with strong administrative backing and support.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Virginia LBA license or eligible for immediate licensing.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical ABA experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience leading teams of BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs.
• Proficiency with ABA-specific technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to BCBAs and staff.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure evidence-based ABA delivery.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Monitor KPIs, schedules, and hour utilization.
• Ensure HIPAA, BACB ethics, and licensure compliance.
