Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with current credentials.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and clinical quality for the Richmond clinic.
• Mentor BCBAs, BTs, and RBTs; oversee supervision protocols and parent training requirements.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, BACB ethics, and licensing regulations; monitor data and client progress.
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and professional development in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with administrative and billing teams to ensure smooth center operations.
• Lead quality-improvement initiatives and maintain high client and family satisfaction.
