Job summary

Civitas Health Services, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to lead and transform its ABA program across the Richmond Metro and Hampton Roads regions. You will design, deploy, and run the program’s operational backbone while collaborating with the Healthcare Administrator.

The role offers a reduced service-hours expectation to focus on program-building, with a salary range of $96,000–$118,000 and a performance incentive program, MAP, up to $10,000 annually.

Qualifications

• BCBA/LBA licensed or Virginia licensure eligible.
• Experience building and leading program operations in clinical settings.
• Strong data analysis and outcome presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and run internal RBT supervision workflow and credentialing.
• Design and deploy clinical programming across two regions.
• Coordinate with Healthcare Administrator on scheduling and vendors.
• Maintain partial caseload and assist with assessments and ISP reviews.
• Ensure adherence to VA DMAS/Medicaid, BACB Ethics, and Joint Commission standards.
