Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior ABA clinic leader in Tempe, AZ to lead clinical operations and mentor the ABA team from day one. You will oversee a team of BCBAs and Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality ABA treatment plan implementation.

You will maintain HIPAA and BACB ethics compliance while collaborating with leadership to drive strong client outcomes and clinic success.

Requirements

• This position requires an active LBA in the state of Arizona.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• 5+ years clinical ABA experience
• 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience supervising clinicians and supporting clinical development
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and BACB ethical guidelines
• Comfortable using ABA technology platforms and clinical data systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Physical activities include standing, sitting, walking, bending, kneeling for long periods of time
• Must be able to reach, pull, and push
• Requires manual dexterity, auditory and visual skills
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
