• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients with autism and related disorders

• Implement and supervise ABA therapy sessions, ensuring the highest level of quality and fidelity to treatment protocols

• Collaborate with treatment teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination

• Provide ongoing training and support to families, caregivers, and other professionals to enhance behavioral skill acquisition and generalization

• Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress, treatment plans, and billing information

• Stay current with industry best practices and research, applying this knowledge to improve treatment outcomes and services

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism and/or related disorders

• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices, with ability to apply this knowledge in a variety of settings and contexts
