Champions ABA - CT seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team, delivering in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and report outcomes.

You will supervise behavior technicians, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate records while using BCAT or QuickNote to analyze data and inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification from BACB.
• 0+ years of experience in ABA therapy with autism/disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software such as BCAT or QuickNote.

About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy, including experience working with children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, theories, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software, such as BCAT or QuickNote
