Yellow Bus ABA in Scarsdale, NY seeks a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA to supervise BTs, conduct parent training at clients' homes, and oversee assessments and data-driven interventions in both center-based and home-based settings.

Candidates hold a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA certification, NYS LBA, and are committed to full-time work, collaboration with families, and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and BCBA certification are required.
• Full-time availability is expected.
• Experience with center-based and home-based services is required.
• Strong collaboration with families and professionals is essential.
• Familiarity with Catalyst for data tracking is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT).
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes.
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance.
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application.
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly.
