Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Center and Home Based program in New York. You will design individualized behavioral plans, conduct assessments, and supervise Behavior Technicians both directly and indirectly, while partnering with families to support progress.

You will lead data-driven interventions, report on client progress, and coordinate with a team of professionals and parents to ensure consistent, high-quality care for children with ASD.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA, special ed, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• NYS LBA.
• Passionate about helping children on the spectrum and facilitating their progress.
• Adaptable and skilled at building rapport with children with ASD.
• Committed to working full-time.
• Able to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes.
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance.
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application.
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly.
