Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to join as Clinical Supervisor, BCBA Center-Based and Home-Based. You will design and implement behavioral plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision to our Behavior Technicians.

You will collaborate with families and staff, train parents at home, and report progress and treatment planning using the Catalyst application. A Master's degree, BCBA certification, and VA LBA credential are required, with full-time availability.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
BCBA certification is required.
VA LBA certification is required.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support children.
Commitment to working full-time.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs).
Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes.
Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance.
Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis using Catalyst.
Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, and treatment planning regularly.
