Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join as Clinical Supervisor for Center-Based and Home-Based services. The role leads supervision of Behavior Technicians, conducts parent training at clients’ homes, and designs individualized curricula and behavior plans to support children with ASD.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, VA LBA licensure, and a passion for helping children on the spectrum.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• VA LBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT).
• Offer parent training at clients' homes.
• Conduct assessments of client performance and progress.
• Design curricula, interventions, and behavioral plans based on assessments and data.
• Report progress, supervision, and treatment planning regularly.
