Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active North Carolina LBA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience developing treatment plans and supervising RBTs.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA programming and monitor client progress through data-based decision-making.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and modify protocols as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment plan updates in line with payer/regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and NC regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
