Epic Minds Therapy in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our in-center ABA clinic full-time. You will develop program plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active North Carolina LBA or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience developing treatment plans and supervising RBTs.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA programming and monitor client progress through data-based decision-making.
• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs.
• Conduct direct observations and modify protocols as clinically indicated.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Complete clinical documentation, reassessments, and treatment plan updates in line with payer and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics and NC regulations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
