Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

• LBS required by MN state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments.
• Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise RBTs and clinical team members.

• Partner with families and caregivers to support care goals.
