Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA seeks a highly motivated BCBA to join as Clinical Supervisor for center and home-based services in Petersburg, VA. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, conduct assessments, design curricula and behavioral plans, and report client progress with a focus on autism spectrum interventions.

You will work with families and teams to ensure effective treatment planning, leveraging data and Catalyst to monitor progress and outcomes. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• VA LBA license or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians.

• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance.
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate BCBA to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor at Yellow Bus ABA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians, conducting assessments, designing curriculum and behavioral plans, and reporting client progress. • Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• BCBA certification
• VA LBA
