Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA seeks a BCBA for a center and home-based position in Leesburg, VA. You will craft individualized treatment plans, perform assessments, and supervise Behavior Technicians both at the clinic and in clients' homes.

You will work with parents and a multidisciplinary team to drive progress for children with ASD, track outcomes, and adapt interventions using data-driven methods. This is a full-time, collaborative role.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in AB Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• VA LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes.
• Conduct assessments regarding clients' overall performance.
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
• Report progress summaries and treatment planning regularly.
