Job summary

Yellow Bus ABA in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced BCBA to lead clinical supervision, parent training, and treatment planning for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and collaborate with families to implement data-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• VA LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals and parents to support clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision of Behavior Technicians (BT).
• Offer direct and indirect parent training at clients' homes.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' overall performance.
• Design curriculum, interventions, and behavioral plans for individual clients based on assessment results and data analysis using the Catalyst application.
• Report summaries of clients' progress, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning regularly.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000
