Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a licensed BCBA to provide assessments and individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum in Los Angeles, CA. You will supervise staff, collaborate with a team of therapists, and ensure progress toward client goals.

Applicants must hold a BCBA, a master's in Behavior Analysis, and be fluent in Spanish. Some travel to client homes is required; flexible scheduling and hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
