Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a licensed BCBA to work with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating behavior intervention plans. You will supervise program managers, BTs/RBTs, and BCBA candidates, and travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• CA driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Program Managers, RBTs/BTs, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed reports and monthly updates.
• Provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs to staff.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and data collection/analysis.

We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Position Overview:

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high‑quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence‑based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB‑MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.
