Job summary

Developmental Pathways in Los Angeles is seeking licensed BCBAs to join our team. As a BCBA, you will assess individuals on the autism spectrum, design individualized behavior intervention plans, and work with a team of Behavior Therapists to deliver evidence-based care.

Full-time and part-time positions offer flexible scheduling, travel to client homes and offices, and competitive compensation ($80,000–$90,000 per year for full-time or $50/hour for part-time).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
