Shining Steps ABA in St. Louis is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based interventions with families across the area. The role is in-person with flexible full- or part-time schedules centered on clinician needs.

You will conduct assessments, supervise behavior technicians, train families, and monitor progress with data-driven adjustments. Missouri licensure or eligibility required.

Qualifications

Position Overview

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - St. Louis: This is a fully in-person role working directly with clients and families across the St. Louis area. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, and we build the schedule around the clinician. With manageable caseloads and genuine clinical support, this is an opportunity to do the work well rather than just do a lot of it.

A Schedule That Actually Flexes

Full-time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with real flexibility on start and finish times. Part-time hours are built around your availability. If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget.

Qualifications
