We offer both full-time and part-time arrangements and will flex the schedule around your life. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, supervise staff, train families, and track progress with data-driven adjustments. Excellent communication and regional travel are essential.

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - St. Louis: This is a fully in-person role working directly with clients and families across the St. Louis area. We are open to both full-time and part-time arrangements, and we build the schedule around the clinician. With manageable caseloads and genuine clinical support, this is an opportunity to do the work well rather than just do a lot of it.

A Schedule That Actually Flexes

Full-time is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with real flexibility on start and finish times. Part-time hours are built around your availability. If you are carrying another caseload, finishing supervision hours, or working around family commitments, tell us what you need and we will work with it. Flexibility here is a standing commitment, not a perk we mention once and forget.

What You'll Do

• Assessment and Plan Development: Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in current evidence.

• Supervision: Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and training to behavior technicians and support staff.

• Family Partnership: Deliver parent training and keep families genuinely involved in their child's progress.

• Data and Outcomes: Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programming so that interventions stay effective.

Qualifications

BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - St. Louis: Must hold current BCBA certification in good standing and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Missouri.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with families, technicians, and school or community partners in person.

• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations across the St. Louis area.

Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour, depending on experience.
