Board Certified Behavior Analyst — BCBA

Cole Health is hiring a full-time BCBA for our Frisco-area ABA clinic. This role offers a strong clinical support structure, ethical caseload expectations, hybrid flexibility after ramp-up, and total earning potential up to $105K with bonus.

Compensation

• Base salary $85,000–$95,000
• Performance bonus up to $10,000
• Hybrid flexibility after ramp-up (typically up to 2 WFH days)
• Clinic-based pediatric ABA
