Job summary

Therapy & Beyond in Colleyville, TX seeks a BCBA to join a collaborative, high-support clinic focused on clinical excellence. The role eliminates heavy administrative work so you can deliver life-changing, individualized care in a team-driven environment.

You will train and mentor RBTs, collaborate with on-site OTs and SLPs, and rely on data-driven treatment plans while receiving strong clinical leadership and relocation assistance if moving to the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).
• Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (mentoring opportunities available).

Responsibilities

A Typical Day in the Clinic:

• Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.
