Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Los Angeles team. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise BCBA candidates and therapists to ensure high-quality services.

You’ll travel to client homes and offices as needed, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help families implement evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• CA driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
